By accessing or using nextlevelmac.net (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms & Notices (the “Terms”).

These Terms are between you and Next Level Mac™, a division of Neo Tap Studios. LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”).

  1. Eligibility & Permitted Use

The Site is intended for users 13 years of age or older. Do not misuse the Site or attempt to interfere with normal operation.

  1. Intellectual Property & Limited Reuse

All Site content (text, images, graphics, layout, and logos) is owned by or licensed to us and protected by law.
Limited reuse permitted: You may reproduce short excerpts up to 200 words for non-commercial purposes if you (a) provide clear attribution to “Next Level Mac,” and (b) include a prominent link to the original page. Any other use (including full reposts, image reuse, translations, compilations, or commercial use) requires prior written permission.

  1. Copyright Notice & Trademarks

All rights reserved except as expressly allowed above. All trademarks, service marks, and brand names are the property of their respective owners. Apple and related marks are trademarks of Apple Inc.

  1. No User Submissions

The Site does not accept user-generated content (e.g., comments or uploads). Communications sent to the contact email may be used solely to operate and improve the Site and to respond.

  1. Third-Party Links & Affiliate Disclosure

Links may lead to third-party websites not controlled by us; their terms and policies apply.
Affiliate links: Some articles include affiliate links. Amazon Associates: As an Amazon Associate, Next Level Mac earns from qualifying purchases. When a post contains affiliate links, a clear disclosure appears at the top of that post before any links. Prices, availability, and product details may change after publication.
Independence: The Site is not affiliated with Apple Inc. or any other brand mentioned. Editorial decisions remain independent of affiliate revenue or gifts.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms is limited to USD $100.

  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Next Level Mac from claims arising from violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

  1. Dispute Resolution — Mandatory Binding Arbitration; Class-Action Waiver

Arbitration required. Any dispute or claim relating to these Terms or the Site must be resolved by binding, individual arbitration under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules, seated in South Carolina, USA.
No class actions. Disputes will be resolved only on an individual basis; class actions and class arbitrations are not allowed.
Court proceedings strictly limited. Court proceedings are permitted only to seek temporary injunctive relief pending arbitration (e.g., protection of intellectual property, confidential information, or Site security) or to enter/enforce/confirm an arbitral award. For any permitted court proceedings, jurisdiction and venue lie in the state or federal courts of South Carolina, USA.

SMS Marketing and Mobile Terms

By consenting to receive SMS/text messages from Next Level Mac, you agree to these SMS Terms. When you opt-in to the service, we will send you a message to confirm your signup.

You can expect to receive messages concerning time-sensitive deals and alerts related to Apple products and curated gear.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. When material changes are made, the Effective date above will be updated. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
